We are looking for an Intern who will support our late-stage fund’s team in research and deal execution process (fully-remotely).

NP Capital is looking for an Intern for its Luxembourg-based VC fund, which is focused on secondary deals with US/EU late-stage tech companies.

Responsibilities:
- Industry research and analytics
- Analyzing pipeline of companies
- Gathering data and financial modeling
- Preparation of presentation materials
- Support colleagues in all aspects of deal execution
- Participation in sourcing and screening of potential investments
- Other ad-hoc tasks
