We are looking for an experienced Marketing Director with solid understanding of the FX/Gambling/Crypto/Binary industry, its players, platforms, business models and current marketing strategies to launch a new revolutionary product for the global market.

Requirements:
· 5+ years experience in a similar role;
· Knowledge of CIS, Asian and/or African markets;
· Excellent understanding of affiliate marketing within the industry;
· An established network of IBs and partners would be considered an advantage;
· Ability to prepare annual marketing plans, set budgets and analyze the market and competitors;
· Fluent in English. Russian language is an advantage.

Job Responsibilities:
· Plan and execute a marketing strategy for the Company;
· Oversee the implementation of the marketing strategy;
· Develop a brand strategy;
· Set and administer an annual marketing budget;
· Create and manage an affiliate relationship and market expansion strategy;
· Continually review changes to the market, consumer trends and the activities of competitors, adjusting the marketing plan if necessary;
· Manage and refine the company’s social media presence;
· Report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using pre-determined KPIs;
· Identify new business opportunities and conduct market research.

Work location: Dubai, remote working is also possible.

Reporting line: CEO.
