Kertios Consulting is a Management and IT Consulting company established in Moscow since 2010 which is specialized in Human Capital Management and implementation of packaged applications is currently looking for a Junior Consultant

 
Differentiating knowledge and experience:

- Process Design methodology and tools AND/OR
- HCM processes (Core HR, Time Management, Payroll, Learning, Recruitment, Compensation, Benefits, Performance and Talent Management) AND/OR
- Financial processes, Procurement Management, Russian and International accounting principles, AND/OR
- Finances or HR modules of International ERP (Sap, Oracle, Microsoft, Workday)

First professional experience relevant to those areas will be a plus.

- Russian and English speaking/writing (any other language on top will be a plus)

We offer
- 70.000- 100.000 rubles (before taxes)
- You will participate to projects for Russian or International clients in the areas of Human Capital Management and Financial Management
