Institute of Directors (Moscow office) is looking for a Consultant

Responsibility:
 As recruitment consultant you will be the interface between companies seeking to
recruit professional staff and professional staff seeking a new job or career.
 As this process it will be your task to facilitate this exercise for both the employer and
the candidate and to satisfy both
 As recruitment consultant you will meet clients and find out about their needs, as well as
sell them our clients’ services.
 The other part of your work is to find and meet candidates: you will assess them and find
out the positions best matching their skills and personality.
 Alternatively, you will also actively present them to existing and potential clients
 Your job will be much of a sales job with a lot of interaction with people.
 It is at the end of the day a people’s business and you will be successful if you manage to
build for yourself a network of clients and candidates who will help you develop your business

Requirements:
 Fluent English
 Experience in team management
 Higher education (a final-year student or a graduate)
 Work experience in recruiting and/or consulting field will be an advantage.
