<strong>Blackmoon, an alternative asset manager & investment platform, is looking for investment manager / analyst.
Portfolio includes investments in consumer and SME lending in Czech Rep, Estonia, Finland, Georgia, Latvia, Poland, Russia, Spain and the US</strong>

<strong>ROLE DESCRIPTION</strong>
Investment manager / analyst will play active role in onboarding & due diligence of loan originators (balance sheet & marketplace lenders). Carry out internal & external project management. Undertake financial analysis of the existing portfolio and come up with suggestions and recommendations. The successful candidate is expected to work in close cooperation with the internal data science & IT teams as well as interact regularly with the loan originators that partner with Blackmoon.

<strong>AREAS OF KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS</strong>
Financial analysis & corporate finance with a focus on a financial sector;
Quantitative economics & statistics;
Fluent English;
Proficiency in Excel, knowledge of R is a strong plus.

<strong>PERSONAL TRAITS</strong>
Ability to clearly communicate findings & complex concepts;
Analytical skills with high attention to details;
Excellent time management;
Ability to work and take actions with minimum supervision.

<strong>BACKGROUND</strong>
Venture capital / private equity experience is a strong plus.
OR investment banking / consulting analyst.
OR position in corporate finance department in a financial institution, alt.lending is preferred.

Bachelor’s Degree in economics, corporate finance, risk management or comparable fields.
CFA Program participation is a strong plus.
