General Requirements:
- Experience with an Operator / oil & gas company
- International exposure
- Good working level of English is a requirement
- Suitability for a small Company environment
- 4-5+ years of experience required.

Main Responsibilities:
To provide full legal support for the business activities of the Company under supervision of the senior colleagues, including, but not limited to:
- Legislation monitoring
- Litigation/arbitration
- Legal research, preparation of internal memorandums, etc.
- Contractual work: review, drafting, etc.
- Drafting of various corporate documents
- Drafting of complaints, claims, statements of defense and other court documents
- Accompanying technical work where required (printing, scanning, archiving of the documents, etc.).

Skills & Knowledge:
The general requirement is that a person shall have a wide scope of legal knowledge (a generalist) and be flexible in terms of practice areas depending on the current business needs
Russian subsoil laws and regulations: licensing issues, etc.
Contractual work in oil & gas industry (major drilling contracts, service contracts, etc.)
Company law
Real Estate and Construction in oil & gas ( критичен опыт: строительство и регистрация, легализация ранее построенных объектов, завершение процесса легализации)
Employment
Litigation
Taxation in oil & gas
English – advanced level including Legal English (preferably – fluent speaker),
Computer – experienced user (MS Office, Legal Databases, etc.).
