Our client, an International Law Firm, is looking for a Junior Associate to join their Banking & Finance practice.

Key requirements:

- NB: only graduates of HSE, MSU or MGIMO will be considered
- ILF experience working on transactions in banking & finance (general transactional banking, reviewing and drafting finance and security documents, general corporate lending, pre-export and real estate finance transactions)
- Basic due diligence skills, ability to manage independently minor tasks within a larger transaction
- Capital markets and financial regulatory experience is a plus
- Overall experience – 3 years or more
- Fluent English, both oral and written
